The people behind the magic 👋

We're Ali, Alex, and Julio — three full-time nomads who've been living out of suitcases for a combined 20+ years. We met through Wifitribe, a community for location-independent workers, and immediately started causing problems together.

The whole thing started the way the best ideas do: with absolutely no business plan. Ali and Alex asked their nomad friends a simple question: "What if we organized a summer camp, played stupid games, and did fun stuff together in a cool location?"

"Shut up and take my money!"

That was the response. So we rented a place in Austria, invited our friends, and Nomad Summer Camp was born. Julio was there as a camper for that first one. He had so much fun — and caused enough chaos — that after the second camp, we pulled him into the counselor chair. He's been running it with us ever since.

We've since taken the camp to Serbia, Mexico, France, and now Cape Town. Every edition is different. The magic is always the same.
